The Black 35 “East Coaster” was first introduced in 2023 as our standout proprietary model and the refinement of our signature headstock design.

Inspired by the simple, no-nonsense tone machines of the 1950s and 1960s, the East Coaster blends classic design with thoughtful modern appointments. These include a bolt-on neck, contoured belly carve, top binding, and a recessed neck pocket for improved comfort and playability.

The East Coaster is built around a single-pickup layout. Our staple configuration features the Avedissian P90 Dog Ear, though the guitar can also be loaded with a soapbar P90, humbucker, Filter’Tron-style pickup, or nearly any other single-pickup configuration. Hardware includes a standard wraparound bridge, paired with straightforward single volume and tone controls.

The East Coaster is available with a full or half pickguard.
